The Green Exchange building is an iconic four-story 272,000 SF former factory being converted according to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum standards incorporating a wide array of efficient and aesthetically pleasing green building features and benefits.

Formerly an underwear factory, and home of the renowned Cooper Lighting company, the building is one of Chicago’s historical gems. Ninety-five percent of the original building structure will be rehabilitated and maintained to preserve its charm as a historic landmark.

Green Exchange will offer a variety of retail options, showroom galleries, office space, work/live lofts and attractive common areas, creating a national epicenter for green businesses and organizations.

We invite you to learn more about the developers and explore the latest floorplans.
