Retail Space

Green Exchange offers retail tenants a host of tangible and intangible benefits that are unequalled in the marketplace. By collecting like-minded retailers under one roof in spaces that are designed to draw customers through the building, every business will benefit from a shared customer pool of eco-conscious consumers eager to purchase environmentally friendly products and services.

Green Exchange features 80,000 square feet of retail space on the first two floors of the building. Each space is tailored to maximize the green design benefits of a LEED Platinum building. Huge windows surround the exterior of the building and bathe the retail spaces in natural light.

The first floor of Green Exchange features large format, street front retail spaces ranging from 3,000 SF and up. The main entrance and lobby for the building is designed to bring visitors in and up into the rest of the building.

The second floor is the primary focal point of Green Exchange, centered around a 9,000 SF organic sky garden located in the courtyard. Visitors access the second floor from the main lobby via a green escalator and enter into wide and welcoming retail corridors. The retail spaces have large glass storefronts and are designed with shallow depths so that natural light filters through them and into the corridors. Within the second floor courtyard sky garden is a large year-round event space that is attached to an eco-friendly restaurant and will be used to host regular on-site events attracting thousands of visitors to Green Exchange.

The second floor features retail spaces ranging from 1,200 SF and up.
